1. The organizer of this promotion (the "Promotion") is Invicta Networks NV, a company registered under the laws of Curacao, with a legal address: Heelsumstraat 51 E-Commerce Park, Curacao, registration number 123787 (the "Organizer"). Any person participating in this Promotion is hereinafter referred to as "Participant" or "You".

2. To take part in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met:

• The participant must have an active account registered on the gg.bet website.
• By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with its Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), General Terms and Conditions and gg.bet terms and conditions (https://gg.bet/en/bets-rules) terms and conditions and legislation.

3. To take part in the Promotion, you need to perform the following actions:

• Click on the "Participate" button during the Promotion period. Points are accrued from the moment of activation.
• Make at least one ordinary bet of $2 or more with odds of 1.75. Only Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 bets are considered.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the Promotion at its own discretion and not to explain this decision. The Organizer does not make any statements or guarantees regarding the results of the Promotion, and may stop the Promotion or choose a winner at its own discretion.

4. Terms of the Promotion

• The promotion is held on October 13, 2022.
• For each bet (restrictions indicated in clauses 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 of these Terms apply), the participant will receive a number of points equal to the bet odds. For example, Team A is playing with Team B. The odds for Team A in this match are 2.32 and you made a bet on them. You will get 2.32 points.
• Participants with the maximum number of points will receive the following prizes:
• 1st place – $250
• 2nd place – $200
• 3rd place – $150
• 4th place – $150
• 5th place – $100
• Winners will be notified about their prizes by email they used for registration on gg.bet. If the entrant does not respond to the message within 72 hours from the time it was sent, he will lose the right to get the prize.

5. Conditions for receiving the Prize

• Prizes are non-transferable.
• The winner is fully responsible for paying all commissions, taxes and fees associated with getting the Prize.
• If these conditions are not met, the Prize will not be awarded, and the right to receive it will be transferred to the next participant claiming the Prize in accordance with the Terms, then to the next participant, and so on until one of the winners accepts the Prize:
• The winner refuses to accept the Prize offered by the Organizer.
• The winner violates or otherwise does not comply with the Terms of the Promotion or the General Terms and Conditions of the gg.bet website (https://gg.bet/en/bets-rules)
• The organizer cannot contact the winner. This rule applies if, after receiving the notification about winning the Prize, the winner does not contact the Organizer within 3 (three) days from the time of sending the notification.

6. Final provisions
