MAD Lions Sign Kuben as a Head Coach

The Spanish esports organization MAD Lions has announced that Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński has joined their CS:GO squad as a head coach.

32-years-old Polish coach Kuben earlier worked for in Virtus.pro (2015 – 2019) and Team Envy (2020 – 2021). In the official announcement video, he explained the organization’s new approach to their CS:GO squad – first, they will prioritize the coaching staff, which already includes five coaches, and second they will build a roster consisting of both experienced and young players and give them enough time to develop and start winning.

MAD Lions have been inactive since the start of the new season and parted ways all their previous players over the course of last few months. Currently the roster includes only a 19-years-old Danish AWPer Thomas "TMB" Bundsbæk, who joined the organization in January. Despite not having a complete roster, earlier the team was announced as a participant of Funspark ULTI 2021 Series.
