tN1R replaces zont1x in Team Spirit
Team Spirit have officially announced the signing of tN1R, who will replace zont1x in the main Counter-Strike 2 lineup. The change comes just ahead of ESL Pro League 22 and marks the team’s second roster adjustment of the summer.
According to the official statement, zont1x, who spent two years in the active roster, asked to be moved to the bench in order to focus on personal matters. During his time with the team, he won several prestigious trophies, including IEM Katowice, BLAST Spring Final, and Perfect World Shanghai Major. The organization emphasized their respect for his decision and highlighted the significant role he played in the development of the roster.
Before the start of the second half of the season, Spirit had already strengthened the squad by bringing in zweih to replace magixx, and the move quickly paid off — the team secured victories at IEM Cologne and BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals.
As a result, the current Spirit lineup consists of: chopper, donk, sh1ro, zweih, and tN1R. On the bench are magixx and zont1x.
